The Alfa Forni pizza peel is made in Italy to Alfa's exacting standards, easily move your pizza in and out of the oven with just a flick of the wrist. The Peel features an extendable handle making it suitable for any size oven and consists of an anodised aluminium shaft with a handle made from high-resistance Duraplast. The perforated paddle allows for any excess flour to be removed while manoeuvring your pizza into the oven.
The medium sized peel comes with 1 x anodised extension, the large peel comes with 2 x extensions.
