Description:

The dishwashing unit offers versatility with cycle times of either 90, 120, or 150 seconds, catering to varying washing needs. It accommodates standard 20' x 20' racks and operates with a high-pressure 1.5 HP pump for efficient cleaning. Equipped with built-in chemical dispensing and a scrap accumulator, it ensures effective washing and sanitizing of bakery trays and pots and pans. Available in both corner and pass-through models, it features a 27.5' door opening with a safety interlock. Special stainless steel dish racks are required for proper washing of sheet pans.

Despite its compact design, it serves as a complete warewashing center, incorporating three 20' x 20' x 14' deep sinks within 121' of floor space, with longer lengths also available for larger operations. Regarding specifications, the unit can handle 37, 25, or 12 racks per hour, depending on the selected cycle time.
