Description:

The dishwashing equipment offers flexible cycle durations of 90, 120, or 150 seconds, accommodating various washing requirements. It is designed to hold standard 20' x 20' racks and operates with a high-pressure 1.5 HP pump, ensuring thorough cleaning. Featuring built-in chemical dispensing and a scrap accumulator, it effectively washes and sanitizes bakery trays, pots, and pans. Available in both corner and pass-through configurations, it boasts a 27.5-inch door opening with a safety interlock mechanism. To properly wash sheet pans, a special stainless steel dishrack is necessary.
