The Arctic Air ACP55 is a 55-inch countertop prep unit designed for efficiency in food preparation settings. It features a stainless cover that safeguards the refrigerated area while ensuring easy access. It employs a “cold wall” heat transfer system, which is more efficient than traditional air-cooled systems. Its interior cabinet is fully lined with stainless steel, enhancing durability and cleanliness, while the exterior cabinet is constructed from strong stainless steel. To protect countertops, it comes equipped with plastic non-scratch feet for stability. It includes 1/6 size, 69-deep stainless pans, and covers, along with stainless pan supports for organized food storage. The self-contained capillary tube system utilizes environmentally friendly CFC-free refrigerant (R290), ensuring compliance with environmental standards. An electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display provides precise temperature control and easy readability.
