The stainless steel top is insulated with a ceramic fabric layer to prevent heat transfer and foam melting, and the top also includes a 19-inch extension on each side to accommodate cooking equipment. Its marine edge design ensures spills are contained. The exterior construction features full stainless steel, while the drawers are lined with stainless facings, frames, and linings, holding up to 6-inch deep pans. The drawers also include removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. Equipped with a front-breathing refrigeration system, it has a self-contained capillary tube system using CFC-free R290 refrigerant, ensuring environmentally friendly operation.
