A central drain allows for quick and efficient waste removal, while the anti-condensation perimeter heating around the door opening prevents moisture buildup. The unit includes ergonomic door handles for user convenience and snap-in magnetic gaskets that ensure self-closing doors with a hold-open stop at 100°, providing access when needed. This blast chiller/freezer offers advanced cooling technology, supporting soft and hard, timed or core probe blast chilling and shock freezing. It features automatic core probe recognition for precision and a multi-point sensor temperature display button for easy monitoring. Additional functionalities include a core probe heater button, HACCP alarm display button, and a pre-cooling cycle button.
