A central drain simplifies maintenance, while anti-condensation perimeter heating around the door opening prevents moisture buildup. This model includes ergonomic door handles and snap-in magnetic gaskets on its self-closing door, which has a hold-open stop at 100° for convenience. It is capable of soft and hard, timed or core probe blast chilling and shock freezing, with automatic recognition of the core probe for enhanced functionality. Additionally, it comes equipped with a multi-point sensor temperature display button, core probe heater button, and HACCP alarm display button to ensure food safety. Users can activate a pre-cooling cycle, adjust the evaporator fan speed, and initiate a timed manual defrost.
