Ergonomically designed, it has door handles that enhance user convenience. The unit includes snap-in magnetic gaskets on self-closing doors with a hold-open stop at 100°, ensuring a secure and efficient seal. This blast chiller/freezer is equipped with versatile chilling and freezing capabilities, offering soft and hard, timed, or core probe blast chilling and shock-freezing options. It automatically recognizes the core probe and includes a multi-point sensor temperature display and a core probe heater button. Additional features encompass a HACCP alarm display button, a pre-cooling cycle button, and an adjustable evaporator fan speed button.
