It features a stainless steel exterior, including the front, sides, top, doors, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom for added resilience. Inside, the liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the aluminum top interior liner helps prevent spills from falling into the cabinet, maintaining a clean workspace. The stainless steel top provides a solid surface for food preparation, while removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies, also in stainless steel, ensure temperature retention. Equipped with self-closing doors featuring a 120? stay-open capability on lift-off hinges, this prep table offers convenience and accessibility. The snap-in door gaskets facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance, and the doors can be removed easily for servicing. Additionally, the doors are field reversible, holding various kitchen layouts. The unit rests on 3” casters, two of which include brakes for stability, and comes with a 19” wide reversible cutting board made of white polandhylene plastic, which is also removable for cleaning.
