The Beverage-Air DPD119HC-8 119' Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table is designed for durability and efficiency, featuring a stainless steel construction for the front, sides, top, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom. The interior is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the aluminum top interior liner helps prevent spills from entering the cabinet. A notable feature is the removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies, also crafted from matching stainless steel, which enhances both functionality and ease of maintenance. It is equipped with magnetic gaskets that provide a positive seal on the drawers, ensuring food freshness. It is mounted on 3” casters, two of which have brakes for stability. A 19” wide reversible cutting board is removable for easy cleaning, and it can hold pans up to 6” deep (pans not included). The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer frames and 12-gauge stainless steel drawer slides with Delrin® rollers, rated at 275 lbs, provide solid support. The drawers also feature telescoping slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being accidentally pulled out of the cabinet.
