The Beverage-Air DPD72HC-3 Hydrocarbon Series 72' 2 Drawer Pizza Prep Table is built with a durable stainless steel exterior, including the front, sides, top, doors, drawers, and grille, while the back and bottom are constructed from galvanized steel. Its interior liner is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the aluminum top interior liner effectively prevents spills from entering the cabinet. It features a stainless steel top, along with removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies, all made from matching stainless steel. Self-closing doors equipped with a 120º stay-open feature on cam-lift hinges enhance accessibility, while magnetic gaskets provide a positive seal for both the doors and drawers. The door is field reversible for flexible installation. It is designed for convenience and functionality. It includes 3” casters, with two featuring brakes for stability, and a 19” wide reversible cutting board that is removable for easy cleaning.
