The Beverage-Air DPD72HC-4 Hydrocarbon Series 72' Pizza Prep Table offers a solid stainless steel construction on the front, sides, top, drawers, and grille, while the back and bottom are galvanized for added durability. The interior is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the top interior liner is made of aluminum to prevent spills from entering the cabinet. The stainless steel top features removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies for easy access. Magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal on the drawers, while the 19' reversible cutting board is removable for easy cleaning. It is equipped with heavy-duty stainless steel drawer frames supported by 12-gauge drawer slides with Delrin® rollers rated for 275 lbs, ensuring smooth operation. The telescoping slides have a locking mechanism to prevent the drawers from being pulled off the cabinet. It accepts pans up to 6” deep and includes heavy-duty pan locking divider supports in the drawers. The table sits on 3” casters, with two locking brakes, and offers the option to position the compressor on either the left or right side upon ordering.
