Inside, it has a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner and full electronic control for precise temperature management. The removable hoods, made of matching stainless steel, ensure easy cleaning, while optimized airflow maintains food temperatures in open containers below 41°F and above freezing. It is equipped with a 17” wide cutting board constructed from white polandhylene plastic, which is also removable for cleaning.
