The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum, ensuring long-lasting performance and hygiene. It operates with full electronic controls and includes removable hoods made of matching stainless steel. A key feature is its optimized airflow system that maintains products in open containers below 41°F and above freezing, ensuring food safety. For user convenience, it incorporates snap-in magnetic gaskets that provide a positive drawer seal and painted aluminum drawer handles for easy access.
