With efficient airflow, it keeps food in open containers below 41°F while preventing freezing. The 10' wide cutting board, made of white polandhylene plastic, is easily removable for cleaning, and it is equipped with eighteen 4' deep polycarbonate pans. This prep table also features stainless steel drawer frames with telescoping slides that have locking mechanisms to prevent accidental drawer removal. The drawers hold pans up to 6' deep, and snap-in magnetic gaskets ensure a secure seal. For mobility, it comes with 6' casters, two of which have brakes.
