The back and bottom are galvanized for additional durability. Inside, the corrosion-resistant aluminum liner enhances the unit’s durability and ease of cleaning. The full electronic control allows for precise temperature management, while the removable stainless steel hoods make it easy to access and clean the interior. It ensures food safety with airflow technology, which keeps products in open containers below 41°F and above freezing, perfect for maintaining the freshness of ingredients during busy service periods. The self-closing door features a 120? stay-open mechanism on cartridge-style hinges, and it is designed for easy removal for service and cleaning. The door is also field-reversible, although a hinge kit is required for this modification (not included). It offers large storage and user-friendly features.
