It is constructed from stainless steel on the front, sides, drawers, and grille, with a galvanized back and bottom. Its interior liner is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum, while the heavy-duty, reinforced insulated top can support up to 1500 lbs, making it ideal for kitchen equipment. The fully electronic control offers precision in maintaining the desired temperatures. This chef base comes with four drawers that feature 12-gauge stainless steel slides with Delrin® rollers, each rated to hold up to 275 lbs, and includes a lifetime warranty on the drawers and slides. The drawers are equipped with one-piece, snap-in magnetic gaskets for a secure seal and can hold 6-inch deep full-size food pans.
