Smoking chips are ideal if you are looking to add something a little extra when cooking, for a more memorable flavour.

These cherry flavoured chips work perfectly with most meat and fish, although we recommend red meats as they add a slight and subtle fruity base to your cooking. Rather than soaking these chips in water before use, why not explore your adventurous side and try soaking them in fruit juices, wine or even your favourite cider or beer!
After soaking your chips, simply place them on top of your coals and wait for the flavours to infuse into your food! We recommend soaking your chips for at least 30 minutes before use, but the longer you leave it, the better.
