Big Green Egg Extra Large Butchers Block in Teak

This chunky butchers block has a tapered flat surface on one side, but when flipped over the board has a large hollowed out section, perfect for pulling slow cooked meat. Made from solid teak and sourced from a FSC certified plantation. The darkening and lightening of wood is natural and is likely to occur over time. Do not soak or submerge the cutting board in water. Scrape down the cutting board after each use to sanitise the board, you can wipe it with an antibacterial spray. Cutting board surfaces need to be protected/moisturised often with oil, depending the frequency of use (every 4 -8 weeks). This is the key to preserve colour.
