Like their cast-iron counterparts these grills have two sides. One side is pointed for perfect steak house grill marks, while the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting.
A 2.7kw commercial grade side burner with heavy cast iron trivet allows you to do more. Also included is a 4.4kw stainless steel rotisserie burner comes complete with a premium spit rod and motor for consistent heat and for superior results.
The patented dual-tube burners are made from high quality, heavy duty stainless steel. These powerful burners coupled with the flav-r-wave cooking system give an even heat distribution throughout the entire cookbox.
