Charlie Charcoal Ovens are designed to enable you to create restaurant quality meals at home. These hand made luxury ovens give you the ability to grill, roast, bake or smoke using just one appliance. Even restaurant quality pizza is a breeze with Charlie Ovens.

Charlie Ovens set themselves apart from regular charcoal BBQ models by providing more space for food to be cooked. Nine height positions offer the ability to cook indirect (away from the flame) or direct (close to the flame). This feature means that the Charlie range can cook entire meals, all in one go!

Using charcoal at the main fuel source, the Charlie also allows for wood to be burned at the same time to infuse food with different aromas, depending on your taste. The Charlie Oven uses 45% less charcoal than a conventional open charcoal grill due to the sealed design and superior thermal insulation. Just a modest load will last between 4 - 6 hours.

Charlie ovens are also easy to use! Simply control the temperature using an upper and lower air vent. Simply open the vents to raise the temperature, or close them to reduce the temperature. Couldn't be easier.
