Slow N Sear Low Profile - Summit Kamado
Specifically designed to contour the interior of the Weber Summit® Kamado, the NEW Slow ‘N Sear® Low Profile brings dedicated two-zone cooking and high-heat searing functionality to the kamado grill.
Slightly shorter than a standard Slow ‘N Sear®, the charcoal basket still has room for a full chimney-full of charcoal for hassle-free extended cooks and 1000+ degree searing.
The Slow ‘N Sear® Low Profile comes standard with a ventilated bottom plate for additional ease of use, and removable water reservoir.
