A dual zone charcoal and wood drawer features adjustable heights to allow whole pieces of wood to be used, whilst underneath is the ash collection tray. The drawer can be adjusted to suit your needs, and then fully removed for easy cleaning. Whilst in use, the drawer can be locked to keep everything safe.

Air vents are situated on the drawer face, the sides of the BBQ and on the back hood to give complete temperature control. This gives the ability to create a professional style solid fuel cooking experience. This superb machine will enable you to sear, roast, bake or smoke any meal, in any conditions.

Electronic igniters are fitted to light the gas burner ignition system, and a wind deflector will give peace of mind in windy conditions.

The Hybrid is constructed from fully welding 304 grade stainless-steel with a double walled hood for extra insulation. The cooking grills are constructed from 10mm 304 grade stainless-steel.

Finally, the warming rack will help top keep food out if the fire without getting cold and the interior lights will mean that cooking at night is no problem.
