The Deluxe Plancha sits on top of the cooking grates of your gas barbecue so you can adjust the position of this.
It's perfect for barbecuing a range of delicate food, such as scallops, eggs, sliced vegetables and smaller food that would typically fall through the cooking grates. Its glossy, porcelain-enameled surface is easy to clean and does not require seasoning. There is a grease port at the back is the surface so grease doesn't build up.
