Its continuous feed design accommodates bulk batches of ingredients, featuring a 6 5/8' x 3' kidney-shaped hopper for larger items like cabbage or multiple tomatoes, and a 2 1/4' diameter cylindrical hopper for longer or delicate vegetables. Simply place a container beneath the feed chute to catch processed foods and begin.

Included are essential discs for creating fresh toppings in popular sizes. A 4mm (5/32') slicing disc handles tomatoes and eggplants, while a 2mm (5/64') slicing disc is perfect for zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and black olives. The 7mm (9/32') grating disc allows for in-house cheese preparation, ideal for mozzarella or pizza cheese blends. These discs are suitable for various other ingredients, and additional discs are available for a range of processing options.
