Description:

Prepare up to 700 meals a day efficiently with the Robot Coupe CL55 commercial bulk food processor! This robust machine features a stainless steel bulk feed head and stand, making it easy to process large quantities of product, including full heads of lettuce or cabbage. Cleaning is simple, as the attachments are easy to remove and clean.

The CL55 comes with a 3mm (1/8') slicing disc and 3mm (1/8') grating disc, each with a disc rack, so you can start processing right away. Its all-metal motor base ensures durability, and the processor can slice, grate, dice, julienne, and even create a ripple or French fry cut with additional processing discs (sold separately).

Operating on a 120V electrical connection, the CL55 includes a 2 1/2 hp motor with a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection. Two casters are included for easy movement when needed.
