The Turbo Air MST-24S-N6 food prep station uses eco-friendly R-600a hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold salad and sandwich ingredients between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. While its digital temperature control lets operators modify temperatures to accommodate various ingredients, its external digital display provides a bold readout that staff can see at a glance. The forced-air mechanism guides cool air around the food pan area, covering the pans' fronts, tops, rears, and bases to create a cold air shield that maintains temperatures lower than 41 degrees Fahrenheit when the lid is open. So hot air isn't pulled in, the fan control function automatically turns off the fan when the door is open. To ease installation and minimize maintenance tasks, It Features a self-contained refrigeration system with a corrosion-resistant evaporator. This unit takes in and releases air from the front to eliminate surrounding clearance requirements and fit compact kitchens. To accommodate a range of ingredients, the sandwich prep table's top section includes six standard sixth-size, 4-inch-deep condiment pans. The clear top lid lends a full view of food pans so staff can discern when more ingredients need to be added. This lid can remain in a lifted position to facilitate adding and removing ingredients. The 91'2-inch-deep by 1'2-inch-thick high-density polyethylene cutting board provides ample space for ingredient prep and can be wiped clean between uses. Additional products can be stored in the Turbo Air MST-24S-N single-section prep table's LED-lighted refrigerated base, which is equipped with a heavy-duty polyethylene-coated wire shelf that can be raised or lowered.
