Measuring 48-1/4'W x 30'D x 37'H, this two-section prep table Features a front-breathing airflow design that optimizes ventilation, ensuring efficient operation. The stainless steel top includes a 12-pan opening, perfect for organizing ingredients. The unit has a digital temperature control & monitor system and is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel bottom, the table is built for durability and easy maintenance. The refrigerator holds temperatures between 33°F and 39°F, supported by the Cold Bunker system and high-density polyurethane insulation for optimal food preservation. LED interior lighting with fan control ensures clear visibility inside the unit. The table includes (1) solid hinged swing door with a lock and (2) drawers, providing versatile storage options.
