The Turbo Air TST-48SD-18-E-SVC-N Super Deluxe sandwich and salad prep table features an extended countertop that provides more storage and food prep space than Turbo Air's standard prep table models. Its 725?8-inch-wide by 38-inch-deep top section Features a 91.2-inch-deep by 1?2-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board and a pan area capable of accommodating the 18 included sixth-size, 4-inch-deep condiment pans. The refrigerated base is divided into two sections, both of which include a stainless steel wire shelf and corresponding swing-out door. When a door is opened, the fan control shuts off the fan to prevent drawing hot air into the cabinet. So meats, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits are held at safe temperatures during food prep, this unit is built with a self-contained refrigeration system operating with eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and featuring a self-cleaning condenser and corrosion-resistant coated evaporator. The cold bunker system moves cold air around and beneath the pan area to establish a cold air shield that maintains temperatures colder than 41 degrees Fahrenheit—even when the cover is open.
