Its refrigerated base keeps items between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior is illuminated with LED lights, and when a door is opened, the fans shut off to save energy. The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-SL prep table has four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters that enable movement, and two of them have locks for safety.
