The Arctic Air ACP4SQ 15' 4 Pan Countertop Compact Prep Unit features a strong design with a full stainless steel interior cabinet and exterior shell, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. It is equipped with a “cold wall” pan rail, which provides efficient heat transfer without relying on air cooling. It includes 1/6 size pans and covers, with a configuration of four deep front pans and three deep back pans for versatile food storage and preparation. The unit is supported by plastic non-scratch feet to protect countertops. This prep unit operates with a self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly, CFC-free refrigerant. It is also designed to meet NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Notably, the ACP4SQ model does not incorporate a defrost system, as it is designated as an “in-service” item, therefore, it must be turned off to defrost, making it essential for users to manage its operation effectively.
