The Arctic Air AST28R 28' Single Door Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is designed to maximize efficiency in food preparation. It includes 1/6 size clear Lexan pans and holds up to 6” deep pans, enhancing storage capacity. A full-length, heavy-duty 5/8” thick cutting board is integrated into the design, providing a solid surface for prepping ingredients. The vaulted self-closing door remains open at a 90-degree angle, ensuring easy access. The solid door construction features a foamed-in-place recessed handle, promoting durability, while the magnetic door gaskets are removable and replaceable without using tools. It is equipped with easy-to-mount plate casters, two of which are locking, making it simple to reposition as necessary. The large fan motors and blades facilitate efficient airflow, ensuring faster temperature recovery. The interior features a bright white ABS liner and a full stainless steel floor with coved corners for easy cleaning.
