It is equipped with anti-condensation perimeter heating around the door openings, ergonomic stainless steel door handles, and snap-in-place magnetic gaskets on self-closing doors, which include a hold-open stop at 100° for operational efficiency. The chiller/freezer supports soft and hard, timed or core probe blast chilling and shock freezing, with automatic recognition of the core probe, providing flexibility in food preparation. Advanced features enhance usability and safety, including a multi-point sensor temperature display button, a core probe heater button, and a HACCP alarm display button. The pre-cooling cycle can be activated through a dedicated button, while an adjustable evaporator fan speed button and a timed manual defrost button allow for further customization.
