The interior liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum, promoting longevity and resistance to wear. To further enhance functionality, the table is equipped with an aluminum top interior liner, preventing spills from entering the cabinet. The stainless steel top provides a strong and sanitary workspace, with removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies that match the stainless steel design, ensuring easy cleaning and temperature retention.
