Alfa Forni Classico 5 Minuti - Wood Pizza Oven - Copper

This is the best selling wood-fired pizza oven in the Alfa Forni range. Due to it's size, the 5 Minuti is suitable for balconies, terraces and gardens. Even though this pizza oven is compact in design, it can still cook 2 pizzas within it. Due to the construction of this pizza oven, with a stainless steel dome and floor made of firebricks, you can reach operating temperatures within 5 minutes. With this great insulation, you can reach maximum temperatures of 500°C and are able to cook 2 pizzas in 90 seconds.

The 5 Minuti comes with a stainless steel door which is fitted with an ergonomic wooden handle to open and close the oven without being burned. The door gives you the ability to turn your pizza oven into a conventional oven which makes it extremely versatile. You can open and close the oven door to adjust the temperature and the draught. When the door is closed, the flame is weaker and the food is cooked by convection and conduction; when it’s open, the flame is higher to brown your food and make it crispier.
