The Alfa Forni Moderno 1 Pizza is the ideal wood oven for a couple or small family. This is the smallest oven in the Alfa Forni range (apart from the portable range), but is still more than capable of cooking a pizza every 90 seconds. The sleek design and copper colour can really transform your outdoor area and act as a real centre piece without taking up too much space.

The unique ‘flattened’ half-dome design of the Alfa Forni ovens was developed after extensive testing identified it as the ideal shape for maximising circulation and heat flow. The full-circulation flue system, ceramic fibre insulation and patented refractory brick base allow Alfa ovens to efficiently reach and maintain temperatures up to 500°C. The oven’s seamless shell is made from a single sheet of powder-coated steel, with no rivets, making it both elegant and durable. Good looks and flawless performance, hand in hand. The inner wall is made from titanium-impregnated 441 stainless steel, a material that can tolerate thermal stress and resist heat, corrosion and atmospheric agents.
