The Serv-Ware SGR-6B is a robust 36-inch stainless steel range designed for commercial kitchens, featuring six open burners and two ovens powered by natural gas with a total output of 211,000 BTU. Weighing 456 lbs, this freestanding range has dimensions of 36' width, 32.6' depth, and 60' height. Constructed with a stainless steel front, the SGR-6B is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, ensuring it meets safety and sanitation standards. Each of the six burners provides 30,000 BTU, while the ovens offer 31,000 BTU with U-shaped burners for consistent heat distribution.
The range is equipped with a fully welded frame for added stability and features a back riser with a high shelf for convenient storage. It has durable stainless steel pilot lights and removable heavy-duty cast grates measuring 12” x 12” for easy cleaning. It includes a pull-out crumb tray with rounded edges to minimize heat transfer. Each oven has a thermostat adjustable from 250°F to 550°F and comes with two racks with four positions for versatile cooking.
