The Serv-Ware SP48-12-HC is a 48.2-inch stainless steel sandwich prep unit designed for commercial kitchens. It has a 12-pan capacity and features two solid doors with a 7 cu. ft. capacity. Its exterior is made of durable stainless steel, while the interior has a white ABS liner and a stainless steel floor. It uses a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system with CFC-free refrigerant. It includes an electronic thermostat and digital LED display for precise temperature control, with auto defrost and auto evaporation to minimize maintenance.
This prep table is equipped with magnetic gaskets for easy replacement without tools and is built with AISI 304 stainless steel framework for added durability. The PC plastic pans and plastic cutting board are included, along with an 11.5-inch cutting board for efficient prep work. It ships with casters not installed, and it is certified by CE, cULus, and UL EPH for reliable performance in commercial environments.
