The interior features a corrosion-resistant aluminum liner, and the aluminum top interior liner effectively prevents spills from falling into the cabinet. The stainless steel top is designed for durability and easy maintenance, while removable hoods and insulated lid assemblies made of matching stainless steel provide excellent insulation and ease of cleaning. Magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal on the drawers, promoting energy efficiency and consistent cooling. It equipped with 3” casters, two of which come with brakes for secure positioning. The 19” wide reversible cutting board is removable for straightforward cleaning, and the unit holds pans up to 6” deep (pans not included).
