Description

The CMA Dishmachine H-1X is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher designed for efficient cleaning in commercial kitchens. Constructed from durable all-stainless steel, this model features a unique fill and dump cycle that drains the wash water after each cycle and refills with high-temperature water for a thorough sanitizing rinse. It accommodates items up to 14 1/4 inches high and can clean up to 24 standard 20' x 20' racks or 96 covers per hour.

With a fully automatic rinse and fill cycle, the H-1X simplifies dishwashing operations, while its built-in chemical pumps ensure consistent chemical usage. The unit operates on a 208V electrical connection and includes a 5 kW booster heater for maintaining high temperatures. The pumped drain allows for flexible installation, and the removable spray arms facilitate easy cleaning.
