Description

The CMA Dishmachine S-AH Tall Single Rack Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Straight Dishwasher operates on a 115V/60Hz/1 Phase electrical connection and is designed to meet NSF, UL, and CSA sanitation standards. This model can handle dishware up to 27 inches high and is equipped with a tall design to accommodate larger items such as pots and pans. It features a 90-second wash cycle and can clean up to 40 racks per hour, using 1.7 gallons of water per cycle.

The dishwasher incorporates a pump purging system that eliminates soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle, trapping debris in an integrated Poly Pro scrap accumulator. This ensures that the wash water remains clean and effective throughout the cleaning process. The upper and lower stainless steel wash arms, designed with reinforced end caps, deliver superior cleaning performance and are easily removable for maintenance.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the CMA S-AH is built for durability and long-term use. It includes a top-mounted control box with chemical pumps and a deliming system to assure proper chemical usage and maintenance.
