Description

The CMA Dishmachine 180-VL Single Rack High Temperature Ventless Dishwasher, powered by 220V/60Hz/3 Phase, is engineered for high-efficiency performance in commercial kitchens. This dishwasher is designed with a ventless heat recovery system that utilizes heat from the wash and rinse tanks to preheat the incoming final rinse water, thereby reducing energy consumption and eliminating the need for an additional hood system.

With an 8-gallon wash tank and a 1 HP wash pump motor, this unit is capable of handling up to 40 racks per hour while consuming just 0.89 gallons of water per cycle. The built-in 12kW booster heater ensures that the final rinse reaches optimal temperatures for effective sanitization.
