The CMA Dishmachine EST-66 is designed for high-performance dishwashing, handling up to 243 racks per hour with a right-to-left conveyor feed. This high-temperature conveyor dishwasher utilizes a sophisticated four-stage washing process: two wash stages, a power heated rinse, and a final rinse, ensuring comprehensive cleaning of dishware and glassware while using only 0.49 gallons of water per rack.

Featuring a robust stainless steel construction, the EST-66 is equipped with a 12.75 kW heater for the wash tank and a 3 kW heater for the rinse tank, optimizing the cleaning process.
