The CMA Dishmachine S-B Tall Double Rack Low Temperature Chemical Sanitizing Straight Dishwasher operates on a 115V/60Hz/1 Phase electrical connection and adheres to NSF, UL, and CSA sanitation standards. This model is well-suited for washing tall items, such as pots and pans up to 27 inches high, and offers a 90-second wash cycle. It can clean up to 80 standard dish racks per hour and uses 3 gallons of water per rack, making it highly efficient for high-volume use.

The dishwasher features a pump purging system that prevents soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle. A built-in Poly Pro scrap accumulator captures debris, keeping the wash water clean throughout the process. The upper and lower stainless steel wash arms, with reinforced end caps, ensure thorough cleaning and can be easily removed for maintenance.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the CMA S-B is designed for durability and long-term operation.
