With a weight of 217 lbs and a capacity of 7 cu. ft., it features a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that uses CFC-free refrigerant and foam insulation for eco-friendly cooling. It includes one solid door and an 11.5-inch deep cutting board, along with eight 1/6-size pans. Its durable AISI 304 stainless steel exterior is complemented by a white ABS interior with a stainless steel floor, ensuring long-lasting performance.
It includes an electronic thermostat with a digital LED display for precise temperature control and easy monitoring. The auto defrost and auto evaporation system simplifies maintenance, while the magnetic door gaskets are easily replaceable without tools. For added convenience, it ships with casters not installed. Certified by CE, cULus, and UL EPH, it meets all safety and sanitation standards required for commercial operations.
